Antonia “Toni” Wroten is an emerging administrative/programmatic professional helping to support Once Upon a Preemie as LMS Lead. Toni prides herself with keen organization and establishing efficient processes to ensure projects and tasks are completed. In addition, to her work at OUAP, Toni is currently working toward a Masters in Legal Studies at The University of Pittsburgh.
