Krystl D. Gauld is an experienced nonprofit executive who has spent nearly two decades leading organizations across healthcare and education initiatives internationally and throughout the East Coast. Her work has focused on improving organizational performance, advancing community-centered programs, and building strategic partnerships. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English & African American Studies from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Counseling from Cairn University, a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from La Salle University, and a trauma-focused doctorate from Kairos University. With a broad understanding of community health, she enjoys bringing people, organizations, and resources together to develop practical solutions that improve outcomes and create lasting impact.
